As a therapist, I was trained in a technique called Breath-Body-Mind that uses breath, to regain a sense of calm and control over your life.
The Breath-Body-Mind technique has proven so helpful to me, my family, my friends, and my clients, that I wanted to share it with you and coach you through some sessions.
